Testing new medical technology
Dr. Van den Wyngaert and two of his colleagues, dr. Ghijselings and dr. Demurie, were the first surgeons in Belgium to test the MAKO Robot, a brand new technology for knee replacement. They worked ex vivo at UIA Antwerpen.
